1. Introduction

Arts Plus Groupe Conseil ("Arts Plus", "we") attaches great importance to protecting your personal information. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and retain the information entrusted to us when you use the artsplus.ca website or our services.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:

  • Identification information: last name, first name
  • Contact details: email address, telephone number if provided
  • The content of messages sent through our contact form
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed (through Google Analytics, subject to your consent)

No payment information is collected through the website: transactions take place in person at the sales.

4. Purposes of Collection

Your information is used to:

  • Respond to your requests for information or consultation;
  • Keep you informed of our upcoming sales, only with your express consent (newsletter subscription);
  • Improve the performance and content of the website;
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

5. Consent

By submitting our forms or subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes described. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at info@artsplus.ca.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We may, however, disclose it to:

  • Our technology providers acting as service providers: Webflow (hosting), Make (automation), Airtable (internal management), Google (analytics, subject to consent);
  • The competent authorities where required by law.

Some providers are located outside Quebec, in particular in the United States. By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred and processed there, subject to applicable law.

7. Retention

We retain your information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described, in accordance with our legal obligations. Contact requests with no follow-up are kept for 24 months; newsletter subscriptions are kept for as long as you remain subscribed.

8. Security

We put in place reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction. Nevertheless, no transmission over the Internet is entirely secure.

9. Your Rights

Under Law 25, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your information
  • Right to rectification
  • Right to withdraw consent
  • Right to data portability (since September 2024)
  • Right to de-indexation
  • Right to know how your information is used

10. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are essential to its proper operation and, subject to your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can manage your preferences through the cookie banner displayed on your first visit, or later by clicking the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may amend this policy at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. The date of the last update appears in the header of this page.
