1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the artsplus.ca website (the "Site"), operated by Arts Plus Groupe Conseil. By accessing the Site, you accept these terms without reservation.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time you use the Site.

3. Access to the Site

Access to the Site is free of charge and open to all users. We endeavour to keep the Site available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons may occur without notice.

4. Services Offered

The Site presents the services of Arts Plus in the areas of estate appraisal, estate management and tag-sale-style events. The information displayed (current sales, available items, dates, locations) is provided for guidance only and may change without notice. No transaction is concluded directly on the Site: sales take place in person, at the announced locations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, photographs of items, structure, source code) is the exclusive property of Arts Plus or its partners. Any reproduction, display, translation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without our prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. User Conduct

You undertake to use the Site in good faith, not to impair its integrity and not to divert it from its purpose (in particular through unauthorized automated scraping, attempted technical intrusion, or misuse of the contact or newsletter forms).

The processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We exercise no control over those sites and accept no liability for their content or practices.

The Site is provided "as is". Arts Plus cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from its use, to the extent permitted by law. The appraisals and estimates published on the Site do not constitute personalized professional advice: for that, please contact us directly.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of the district of Montreal.
